Lyndon Hansen

He graduated from BYU-Hawaii in Accounting and Corporate Finance with Cum Laude Honors. 

After graduating, he assisted with auditing non-profit hospitals and healthcare facilities in California.
Their family moved to Albuquerque, NM in 2013 for his wife’s schooling. While in Albuquerque,
Lyndon managed multiple door-to-door sales and technician teams traveling the southwest.
In 2015, He and his partners designed and built Fallout Trampoline Arena. Lyndon managed
the day to day operations of the company until they successfully sold it 3 years later. The
business is still in operation today.

He has a vast interest in business and projects. He is currently a direct investor in many of MFI
Clubs syndications, as well as personal projects. He has 2 single family homes, has
investments with other businesses including: Auto Detail shop, Nail salons, and Software
companies.

Lyndon is currently involved in over 10 major multifamily syndication acquisitions valued at over
$100m. He is a majority partner with MFI Club (www.mficlub.com). MFI Club specializes in
Value-add investments. We identify properties with great potential with various opportunities to:

  • Value add

  • Management

  • Capex projects

  • Reposition of asset

  • Increase rents and value


Lyndon currently assists in the asset management of over 1000 units across their portfolio.
They have properties in Cleveland, Dallas, El Paso, Albuquerque, and Bradenton.
This involves:

  • Cash and capex management

  • Site Visits

  • Lender compliance and required repairs

  • Insurance and Legal matters
